Central Davis Sewer District is now selling Compost.

Note: Central Davis Sewer District recommends tarping all compost loads. This is required by Utah state regulation, and enforcement is handled by local jurisdictions.

Compost Hours:

8:30 am – 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Monday through Saturday.

Compost Pricing:

$10.00 for a pickup truck sized load.
$20.00 and up for larger trailers, this is approximately 3 cubic yards per $20.00. Minimum cost $10.00.
Exact change is requested, check and cash only.

All compost deliveries have been discontinued.

Green Waste

Central Davis Sewer District is currently not accepting Green waste.

The District will accept Green waste April 6th – 17th, 2026.

Green Waste Hours:

8:30 – 4:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Green waste must meet the following requirements:

  • Limbs and branches no greater than 8 inches in diameter and no longer than 6 feet long.
  • No Grass Clippings
  • No Root-balls
  • No Bags of Leaves
  • No Garbage
