The Board for CENTRAL DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT
Invites interested Citizens living in the District (Farmington, Fruit Heights, and Kaysville) to attend a public hearing on the District’s Budget.
The Board is proposing a user fee increase of $3.00 per month, effective July 1, 2026. The proposed increase is required for:
- Increased chemical costs to meet State mandated regulations.
- Increased cost for biosolids disposal due to property loss caused by West Davis Corridor.
- Increased cost of Renewal and Replacement of aging infrastructure.
- Ongoing operations and maintenance.
- Financial stability and capital improvement.
- Minimizing future bonding needs and associated costs.
