This notice is being issued to satisfy the requirement that Central Davis Sewer District
inform the public of instance of Significant Noncompliance.
In accordance with the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection
Agency General Pretreatment Regulations in 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii), Central Davis
Sewer District herewith provides notification to the public of those industrial
dischargers to its system which were determined to be in significant noncompliance
(SNC) of applicable Pretreatment Standards during the period from January 1, 2025 to
December 31, 2025.
The following Industrial User was found to be in Significant Noncompliance (SNC) with
applicable standards.
Cherry Hill LLC, 1325 South Main St. Fruit Heights, UT. Criteria, C, F, G during third
quarter 2025.
